九雲戶外冒險活動聲明
九雲戶外冒險採取各種措施來確保我們的活動是100%安全，可是沒有一種戶外活動是保證沒有意外情況， 您的認知是很重要的而且我們會在您參加我們任何一個活動方案之前請您簽署一份同意書，本公司所有活動均提供客戶旅遊平安保險。
團體客戶我們會收取五成的活動訂金，如遇天災或其他不可抗力之因素，由領隊決定活動延期舉辦。如為客戶私人因素，活動費用將不予退回。
對於不遵守安全注意事項及教練指示的客戶，九雲戶外冒險保留該客戶參加活動與否的權利。
While we take every precaution to make sure our trips are safe, the very nature of outdoor adventure activities means nothing is accident proof. It is important that you are aware of this and we will ask you to sign an ‘assumption of risks & release and indemnity agreement’ prior to commencing one of our trips. We strongly recommend that participants have adequate emergency medical evacuation insurance and medical expense insurance prior to commencing a trip. Should you need assistance in this area, we are able to recommend a local insurance company that provides comprehensive coverage.
A 50 % non refundable deposit is required for all group bookings. If the trip is cancelled by the organizers due to bad weather or any unforeseen circumstances the trip will be rescheduled to another date. Cloud 9 Adventure reserves the right to refuse any person or persons wanting to take place in water activities who can not swim or who we feel will put themselves and others at risk taking part in any of our activities.
